- Jesus led the disciples through a storm to meet an army of opposition on enemy territory.
- Jesus has complete power and authority over the storms outside and the storms from within.
- Satan’s goal is to distort and destroy the image of God in mankind.

- Jesus is able and willing to restore any an all who will trust in Him.
- Ephesians 2:1–4 – And you were dead in the trespasses and sins … out of the tombs a man in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience— .. With an unclean spirit.. among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, …And no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain…carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, ..No one had the strength to subdue him.. and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.
- Ephesians 2:12 – remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, Night and day among the tombs and on the mountains having no hope and without God in the world. he was always crying out and cutting himself with stones
- Ephesians 2:5 – But God, being rich in mercy, How He has had mercy on you because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ sitting there clothed and in is his right mind —by grace you have been saved.
- Jesus is able and willing to restore any and all who will trust Him.
- Jesus is able to use even the schemes of the enemy to train and disciple his people.
- Am I willing to follow Jesus across the sea?
