Sunday Morning Discipleship Classes

We will be offering a number of great courses for our current Discipleship Classes that you will want to be part of.  Below, you will find descriptions of each.  Please join us as we continue our journey of faith!

Get connected by joining one of the Sunday School classes at 9:00 a.m.

ARK Youth (Grades 6-12) – We are studying the Gospel of Mark to help answer the question: Who is Jesus?

Personal Worship (Daily devotions) – Corner Café
If your daily devotional experiences are not as meaningful as you would like them to be, this class will teach three simple truths about reading the Bible that will transform your devotional experiences and enrich your life. It will be more like a workshop than a class, so come expecting to be involved. This class will benefit newly baptized as well as long time believers who want to know Jesus better. The better you know Jesus, the better your life will be.

1 & 2 Thessalonians – Comly Hall
How are Christians to be “imitators of the Lord”? Is it important to “pray without ceasing” and “give thanks in all circumstances”? What does it mean for us to wait for “[God’s] son from heaven”? These and other questions will be answered in the Thessalonians Class.
The class will review how the church got started and then walk through the two helpful letters Paul wrote to the believers there. Come and learn together in a relaxed atmosphere, with some laughter along the way.

Digging Deeper – Comly 1
Digging Deeper is a class which will give you an opportunity to engage in Pastor Andrew’s sermon beyond Sunday morning. To think upon, mull over, live out, and then come back to class to share, glean, and grow together. Join us as we facilitate the dig into wisdom, challenges, and objectives from the current message.

Strengthening Your Marriage – Comly 3
Is your marriage important to you? Why not join us as we seek, with God’s help, to strengthen our marriages. This fall we are learning about God’s design for marriage. We would love to have you join us.
